NEWS! A lil’ bit of Hip-Hop headliners For ya brains!

News on Dr. Dre’s Detox Album

So after the much praised release of their first single “I Need a Doctor (Feat. Skyler Grey)“For Dr. Dre’s return album “Detox”, it was announced that the next single “Die hard”, which will also include the likes of Eminem is set to be released on the 6th of May. So be on the look out guys!

News on the upcoming collaborative album by Royce Da 5″9″ and Eminem called “Bad Meets Evil”

Yesterday Via twitter Royce unveiled the other arists that would be contributing on the record. Gladly to say, it is solely Slaughterhouse (Joe Budden, Joel Ortiz, Royce Da 5″9″ & Crooked I), also signed to Shady. Royce also mentioned possibly a track with Bruno Mars, which i’m quite excited to hear! It could be a swing or a miss in my opinion!

Beyonce & Bruno Mars chosen for Kanye & Jay-Z’s first single for “Watch the Throne”

Now that the hype of H.A.M has sadly died down, though I keep that shit pumping. Honestly i expected it to be the first single off Wtch the throne, however, from what I have heard this song, entitled “Lift off” is infact the first single that will be hitting iTunes sooner then expected (apparently). Tthe production to this single will be handled by Jeff Bhasker with the helps of yeezy himself. Be on the look out for “LIFT OFF” coming soon!

btw. Is it just me or was there some sort of stolen idea in the sense of getting bruno mars on a collab track with royce and em when Jay and Ye did it first? Whatever it is, I’m sure both tracks are going to come out sounding incredible. 4

Modest Mouse seek collaborative Work with Big Boi, former Outkast member, for their latest ablum

So it’s been popping up recently to my attention that Modest Mouse is really expanding their reach as far as genre precistensy goes. Last time, they co-signed to the beat for Lupe’s “The Show Goes on”, and now they’ve decided to spin things a little and take a rapper into their playing feild. This to me can be a very interesting, amazing and memorable music if executed perfectly without forgetting the difference between messing around and having fun, and making a classic.

I’ll be posting more throughout the night so stay posted! and don’t forget. You can always hit up and follow us through our RSS button right there on the right —->

I’ve been late with postings, hope i caught up with the main highlights of the past week
